This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the customer (“Buyer”) and Lita Global LLC (“Seller”) through the website hierapolisticket.com. By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of digital entrance tickets for cultural and touristic sites offered through hierapolisticket.com. All tickets are delivered electronically and provide access via a QR code.

3. Product Information

The products offered are digital tickets delivered by email in QR code format. Tickets are:

  • Delivered digitally (no physical delivery)
  • Personalized and single-use only
  • Valid for a specific date or time period
  • Non-transferable

4. Delivery of Tickets

Purchased tickets are delivered electronically to the Buyer’s email address according to the visit date selected at checkout:

  • Same-day tickets: Tickets purchased for the same day are delivered within a maximum of 30 minutes after successful payment.
  • Advance bookings: Tickets purchased for a future date are sent 1 day before the visit date, so that the ticket remains valid and does not expire before use.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the Buyer or issues related to the Buyer’s email service provider.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on hierapolisticket.com are final prices and include all applicable taxes. No additional taxes or fees will be charged after checkout.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By completing the payment, the Buyer authorizes the charge and confirms that the provided payment information is accurate.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable distance sales regulations for digital products, the Buyer acknowledges that digital tickets are non-refundable.

From the moment the purchase is completed, the Buyer waives the right of withdrawal. Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, irrespective of whether the QR code has already been delivered.

8. Use of Tickets

Tickets are valid only for the specified site and date. Each ticket can be scanned and used only once. Misuse, duplication, or unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

9. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government decisions, natural disasters, or site closures. In such cases, ticket validity is subject to the rules of the site management.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

11. Acceptance

By completing a purchase on hierapolisticket.com, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Distance Sales Agreement, the Cancellation Policy, and all related terms.
